I am an Australian lawyer – this site is not related to my work in Australia and is not meant to constitute advertising or advice. It is a place where some of my thoughts end up.
I am also an English barrister, and door tenant at Trinity Chambers in Newcastle, England.
I qualified as a solicitor in England in 2010 at a national insurance practice and moved to what became a listed international firm. In 2018 I was Called to the Bar by Middle Temple.
My interests have been in litigation from the outset and I enjoy the technical challenges involved in litigation and resolving disputes. As such a lot of my law related posts relate to issues I encounter or hear of and am keen to explore.
As a born and bred geek I have been interested in the intersection of law and developing technology and may occasionally essay a comment on this.
When not wrestling with such legal concepts I can be found climbing up, diving or occasionally camping.
